While we strive to deliver exceptional service, results may vary depending on the condition of the surface being cleaned. We cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains or blemishes. Our team will assess each situation and provide the best possible outcome. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we welcome any feedback to ensure your experience with Pioneer Hydro Wash exceeds expectations.
Client Responsibilities on the Day of Service:
1. Ensure clear access to the areas scheduled for cleaning.
2. Remove any obstacles or debris that may obstruct the cleaning process.
3. Provide access to water and electricity if required for the service.
4. Secure any pets or animals that may be present on the property.
5. Communicate any specific instructions or concerns to the service provider before the job begins.
6. Be available or designate a responsible individual to oversee the cleaning process.
7. Adhere to any safety guidelines or instructions provided by the service provider.
8. Notify the service provider of any changes or cancellations to the scheduled appointment in a
timely manner.
By agreeing to these responsibilities, the client helps ensure a smooth and efficient service experience. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Terms of Use:
1. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined herein.
2. Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on the complexity or size of the job.
4. While we take every precaution to ensure safety, we are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of our services.
5. We may use before-and-after photos of your property for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.
6. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.
7. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
8. By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communication from us regarding your service and future promotions.
9. These terms are subject to change without prior notice. Please review periodically for updates.
Corrections of Damages:
1. We strive to provide high-quality service, but in the event of any damages caused by our workmanship, we will make reasonable efforts to correct them.
2. Clients must report any damages promptly upon discovery, preferably on the day of service, to facilitate timely resolution.
3. Our liability for damages is limited to the cost of correcting the affected area(s) to the extent feasible.
4. We reserve the right to assess and determine the appropriate corrective action for reported damages.
5. Corrections of damages will be scheduled at the earliest mutually convenient time for both parties.

Exclusions:
1. Damage caused by pre-existing structural or material deficiencies.
2. Removal of hazardous materials, including asbestos or lead-based paint.
3. Restoration of surfaces damaged by neglect or misuse.
4. Cleaning of delicate or specialty items not suitable for pressure washing.
5. Services not explicitly outlined in the agreed-upon scope of work.
